Putkat is a cultural festival organize by shiwer youth assoiciation, it's usually takes place every december of the year.
it is a kind of a festival which people exhibit their talents. The festival has been a great influeced and challenge to the
neighboring village such as Gungji, Kurum, Dakpai, Amper, Gugur, Ampang and Dungung in the east.
