Shiwer is operating on 6-3-3-4 system of education. Six years in primary school, 3 years in junior secondary level, 3 years in senior level and 4 years in tertiary institution.

At the age of  4 a child begin school which he or she must do six years at primary level. at the end of six year I child must write final year examination which will prepare him/her getting admission in the secondary level. Though in annually a child must been tested with tests and examination to determine his/her promotion to the next class. In the case of failure, a child is not entitle for promotion.
